Emergency Services Inc (ESI) provides onsite physician and medical staff support to emergency rooms and urgent care facilities in Ohio. With 95% of the users being mobile, ESI was in need of a cloud solution where they can communicate within the network anywhere at any time.

Our Approach

A cloud strategy, that includes electronic fax, Office 365, and Sophos anti-virus protection, was executed to meet HIPAA compliance standards as well as mobility needs.

All physicians, PA’s and NP’s can now use Microsoft Office apps to communicate via email and instant message from their phone, PC or tablet.

Success Results

RDI has continued to monitor these devices while proactively scanning for and removing security threats using industry-leading Sophos Cloud anti-virus. From strategic planning to day-to-day operations, RDI proudly manages all aspects of IT for ESI.
