ESI provides onsite physician and medical staff support to emergency rooms and urgent care facilities in Ohio. With 95% of the users being mobile, ESI was in need of a cloud solution where they can communicate within the network anywhere at any time. A cloud strategy, that includes electronic fax, Office 365 and Sophos anti-virus protection, was executed to meet HIPAA compliance standard as well as mobility needs. All physicians, PA’s and NP’s can now use Microsoft Office apps to communicate via email and instant message from their phone, PC or tablet.
